HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR A COPY OF MY RECEIPT?
Send us an email at email@example.com with the following information:
• Restaurant location
• Date and time your visit
• Transaction amount
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRANSACTION HISTORY?
Click on “Account” or the liמּle person icon on the top right of the app home
screen and select "Order History”.
HOW DO I GET LOYALTY CREDIT FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES?
Click on “Pay” on the menu bar at bottom of screen. You will be able to scan the
QR code on the app to earn NAYA App Rewards. Please note you must have a
form of payment setup on the app.
