A: Yes! NAYA offers unlimited toppings, so you can fully customize your bowl, salad, or roll with your favorite ingredients. Choose from a wide selection of bases, proteins, and fresh toppings to craft your perfect meal.
Q: What kind of toppings can I add to my bowl?
A: We have a wide variety of toppings, from fresh veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers to flavorful options like hummus, feta cheese, and sumac onions. You can mix and match as many toppings as you like—no extra charge!
Q: Are there gluten-free or vegan options on the menu?
A: Yes! Many of our food options are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan. For gluten-free options, try our quinoa, along with proteins like falafel or chicken shawarma. Q: What catering options does NAYA offer?
A: NAYA offers customizable catering perfect for events of all sizes. From our popular catering bar to mezze trays like tabboule, hummus, and baba ghannouj — your guests can create meals they love. Our menu features a variety of proteins, grains, and sides to suit any gathering.
Q: Is there an order minimum for catering?
A: Yes — delivery orders require a $120 minimum. There’s no minimum for picup orders, so you can grab exactly what you need, whenever you need it!
Q: What is the delivery fee for catering orders?
A: We offer standard delivery for a flat fee of $35. For larger catering orders ($350+), a 10% delivery fee applies (separate from gratuity). Not sure if we deliver to your area? Reach out at catering@eatnaya.com — we’re happy to help with pickup options, too.
Q: How far in advance should I place a catering order?
A: We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability and ensure the freshest ingredients. Planning ahead helps everything go smoothly!
Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time for my catering order?
A: Yes! You can select a 15-minute delivery window that fits your event schedule. If your requested time isn’t available, we’ll contact you with the next closest option.

Q: What is NAYA's cancellation policy for catering orders?
A: To avoid any charges, please make changes or cancellations by 6:00 PM the day before your event. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee.

Q: Does NAYA provide serving utensils or plates with catering orders?
A: Yes — all catering orders come with serving utensils, plates, and napkins so you’re fully covered.
Q: Can I pick up my catering order instead of delivery?
A: Of course! Pickup orders don’t have a minimum, and you can choose the time that works best for you at checkout.

Q: Can I schedule a pick-up for later?

Q: What is the NAYA Rewards Program?
A: The NAYA Rewards Program lets you earn points with every order placed on the NAYA App, on the NAYA Website, or in-store when you Scan for Loyalty at checkout. The more you love NAYA, the more you're rewarded!
Get 1 loyalty point for every dollar spent. Every 100 points earns you a sweet $9 Loyalty Reward towards future orders.

Q: How do I join the NAYA Rewards Program?
A: It’s easy to join! You can download and register through the NAYA app, or create an account online. Once registered, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the NAYA Rewards Program. You can start earning points right away with your first purchase. You’ll also get a $3 Sign Up Reward!
Q: How do I earn loyalty rewards?
A: Each time you reach 100 loyalty points, a $9 Loyalty Reward will be automatically added to your 'Available Rewards', your “Reward Progress” points will reset, and you’ll begin accruing towards your next $9 Loyalty Reward. Please wait 24 hours after purchase for your reward to become available. Occasionally, there may be other ways to earn rewards.
Loyalty progress accrues on dollars spent after available reward dollars are applied.
Q: How can I redeem my rewards?
A: Once you’ve earned a reward, it will be listed in the "Rewards" section of your NAYA App or in your profile page of the NAYA website.
If you're ordering through the app or web, ensure your order meets the requirements and then select "Promos and Rewards" during checkout. You'll be able to view all of your Available Rewards and select the one you'd like to apply.
Q: How do I remove a reward from my app or web order?
A: Changed your mind? If you want to save your reward for another time, click on "Promos & Rewards again and hit "Remove" from the Applied Discount.
Q: Can I use my rewards for any menu item?
A: Yes! You can redeem your rewards on any of our menu items, whether it’s a bowl, salad, roll, or one of our delicious appetizers or sweets.
Q: Can I earn loyalty progress and apply rewards to in-store purchases?
A: Yes, you can earn loyalty and apply your rewards towards your in-store menu item purchases! At the register, open your NAYA App, select 'Scan' from the bottom navigation, and let the cashier know you'd like to scan for loyalty before making your payment. If you’d like to redeem one of your rewards, let them know that as well.
Don’t have access to the NAYA App? We can also look up your Rewards account if you provide your phone number.
If you’re unable to earn points in store for whatever reason, email taste@eatnaya.com with a copy of your receipt and the email address or phone number associated with your account and we’ll be able to add loyalty points to your account.
Q: Can I earn loyalty progress on purchases made on third-party orders?
A: No, only pick up or delivery orders placed through the NAYA App, NAYA website, or in-store with an active NAYA Rewards account are eligible for loyalty progress and rewards.
Q: Can I earn loyalty progress on catering orders?
A: No, at this time, catering orders placed through the NAYA App, or NAYA website are not eligible for loyalty progress and rewards.
Q: How do I get my Birthday Reward?
A: You must add your date of birth to your account profile in order to earn your birthday reward. If you did not add your birthday when you created your account, you can contact us at taste@eatnaya.com with the subject “Birthday Reward” along with your full name, email associated with the account. Our team will be happy to assist!
Q: How can I check my rewards and points balance?
A: To check your rewards on the NAYA App, tap "Rewards" in the bottom navigation bar. On the Rewards page, you'll see your lifetime points and your progress towards your next $9 Loyalty Reward. To view the awards you have now, just tap the down arrow next to "Available Rewards".
If you are on the NAYA website, go to “Profile”, and click on the “Rewards” tab on the left-hand side menu.
Q: Are there any restrictions to using my rewards?
A: Rewards may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions and cannot be applied to Catering orders.
The $3 Sign Up Reward has a 30-day expiration with $10 Minimum Spend. The $9 Loyalty Reward has a $10 Minimum Spend. Birthday Rewards apply to desserts or a beverage and have a 30-day expiration.
Q: What if my rewards aren’t showing or working properly?
A: Contact us at taste@eatnaya.com with the subject "App Rewards Issue", along with your full name, the email associated with the account, and purchase details of your recent order - our team will be happy to help!
Q: Is there anything that I don’t earn points on?
A: Dollars spent on the purchase of gift cards or non-food items such as taxes and delivery charges do not earn points.
Q: What are the member-only exclusive perks?
A: Member-only exclusive perks are a surprise and will change from time to time. Stay in the loop by subscribing to our newsletter. You can opt-in to receive our emails by going into the “Account” section of our NAYA app, selecting “Profile” and checking the box “I want to receive email updates and promotions.”
ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
Q: What is the benefit to creating an account?
A: Glad you asked! There are so many benefits to creating an account, like: racking up loyalty points on each order (earn a $9 Loyalty Reward for every 100 points earned!), quick re-order of your favorite items, a $3 Sign Up Bonus, Birthday Rewards, and exclusive member perks!
If you’ve already downloaded the app, tap “Login” on the bottom of your app, then tap “Create Account”. If you don’t yet have the app, click here to find your app download link.
Q: Can I check out as a guest, without making an account?
A: Yes! Guest checkout is available on the app and web ordering. By checking out as a guest, you won’t rack up loyalty points, but you can make an account at any time.
Q: Where can I find my transaction history?
A: On the NAYA App, click on the “Account” icon on the menu bar and select "Order History”. On the NAYA website, click on the “Profile” icon on the top menu bar and select "Order History”.
Q: How do I request a refund or a copy of my receipt?
A: Send us an email at taste@eatnaya.com with the following information:
· The last four digits of the credit card you used
· The amount paid
· The NAYA location
· The approximate time of your visit
· The email or phone number linked to your NAYA account (if you have one)
If you used Apple Pay, please follow these steps to find your Device Account Number (which is different from your credit card number):1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone
2. Select the card used for payment
3. Tap the “More” icon (three dots) or “i” icon
4. Look for the Device Account Number
Q: How do I cancel my order
A: To cancel or update an order, please contact the NAYA location where you placed your order. You can find your order details, including the store’s contact information, at the bottom of the email confirmation you received. The store manager at that location will be able to assist you. Please note that if your order has already been prepared, we will not be able to process a refund.
Q: How do I delete my NAYA Rewards account?
A: You can delete your NAYA Rewards account by going into the “Account” section of our NAYA app or NAYA website, selecting “Profile” and clicking on “DELETE ACCOUNT”. Once deleted, your loyalty progress and earned rewards cannot be recovered.
GIFT CARDS
Q: How do I redeem a Gift Card?
A: Gift cards redemptions can be processed on the web or app through your NAYA account and in-store. E-Gift Cards are purchased online and through the app and are digital only. Both e-gift cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed at any location.
Q: Can I earn loyalty progress if I buy a Gift Card?
A: Although dollars spent on purchases of gift cards do not earn you loyalty progress, your purchases paid for with a gift card will count towards loyalty progress.
Q: Can I purchase a gift card and send it as a gift?
A: Yes, but only E-gift cards purchased through your NAYA Rewards account. If you want to purchase a physical gift card, you must do so in-store at one of our locations.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: How do I ensure that I am on the most current version of the app?
A: If you have auto updates turned on, your app will automatically update! If you don’t have auto updates enabled, simply head to the NAYA app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and tap “update”.

Q: I forgot the email I used to log in. How do I recover it?
A: Try to log in with the last email you remember using. If you’re still experiencing issues, please email us at taste@eatnaya.com with the subject line “App Login Issue”. Include your first and last name, the phone number associated with your account, and the email address you’d like to use. We will retrieve your account information and make the requested update.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Tap “Login” on the bottom of your app, then tap “Forgot Password” and enter the email associated with your account. Select “Reset Password”. An email will be sent allowing you to reset your password . Please check your junk folder if you are not seeing the email in your inbox.
Q: I'm still having trouble logging in
A: No worries! Try logging out and logging back in. Also, make sure that you have enough battery on your mobile device, that your internet connection is strong, and that you have sufficient storage space on your mobile device as all of these factors can make it more difficult to access the app.
APP TRANSITION
Q: Will my existing credit and loyalty transfer over to the new app?
A: Yes, your lifetime points, current points balance, and credits will all transfer over to your new profile, once you update your app. Please note that payment options saved to your profile will not transfer over to the new app.
Q: Can I still order if I don't update my app?
A: Technically, yes. We will not deprecate the old app for the first few months as our customers transition. However, only guests on app version 25.4.3 (iOS) or 4614 (Android) or later will be able to accrue loyalty. It’s best to use the latest version of the app to ensure you’re having the best order experience possible.
