Cabbage Slaw Recipe
Ingredients:
1 bag of assorted cabbage (coleslaw mix works great)
1/2 tbsp salt, to taste
1 tsp dried mint
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of pomace oil
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl
2. Add salt to taste
3. Let mixture rest and cool in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
4. Serve and enjoy!
